Chrissy’s Caeser Salad



Once upon a time I used to make this delicious salad weekly. Since I developed

sensitivities to dairy, wheat, sugars and meat, im unable to enjoy.

Thought Id share because it was so delicious  


Based on double receipt: 2 heads of lettuce

2 heads organic Romaine Lettuce

1/2 cup organic olive oil

1-2 tbsp squeezed fresh lemon

3-5 chopped cloves of fresh organic garlic

1 tbsp Worcester sauce

1 tbsp dry mustard powder

1-2 tbsp organic mayonnaise

2 tbsp salt of life mixed with pepper … LOTS

1/2 cup flat  organic almonds …

* use titanium fry pan,heat pan, place sliced almonds in hot pan – let almond slices brown.

* takes only a few minutes for almond slices to brown

* do not use butter or oil when browning almonds.

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.

1/2 pound – 1 pound  nitrate free bacon – heat till crisp then crumble.

let dressing sit in fridge  for hours….
